H120 Orbital Pipe Cutting Machine

The orbital pipe cutter (also known as planetary pipe cutter) is driven by a motor, which ensures strong power. It is easy to operate and saves space. During operation, the pipe to be cut is fixed on the "self-centering" clamping device, so that the pipe will not be deformed. Cutting manually or under the drive of the automatic device, the orbital pipe cutter rotates around the pipe, completing one full revolution to cleanly sever the pipe. After cutting, the end face is vertical and burr-free, ensuring the pipe remains undeformed-a fundamental guarantee for high-quality pipeline welding. At the same time, it can meet beveling requirements. As a mechanical cold-cutting solution, it will not damage the pipe material. It is the preferred choice for direct welding after pipe cutting in semiconductor, electronic equipment, beer, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, beverage, dairy, pressure vessel, oil, gas, chemical, aviation and aerospace industries, shipbuilding, electric construction, boiler, water treatment, and other industries.

Cutting Steps

1.Mount the pipe to be cut onto the machine and clamp it in place using the clamping fixture according to the required length.

2.Select the appropriate blade speed, start the motor, and turn the motor handle. When the handle has rotated approximately 30 degrees, adjust the cutting depth by turning the handle until the blade penetrates the pipe wall by about 1-2mm.

3.Add lubricating oil

Using cutting oil helps dissipate heat and facilitates chip evacuation from the blade's serrations, thereby extending blade life and improving surface finish quality.

For pipes used in food and beverage industries, we recommend Venit's non-toxic cutting oil and blades.

4.Cutting longer pipes

Note: When the pipe extends beyond 1 meter, it is recommended to use Venit's dedicated support brackets.
