This series of I.D. mounted pipeline beveling machines is characterized by light weight and easy portability. Installation is quick and effortless-the expansion mechanism inserted into the pipe's inner diameter automatically locates the center. In addition to carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel, these machines can perform U/V-type weld beveling, chamfering, trimming, and even welded convex flange processing on pipes. They deliver high-quality beveling, fast speeds, simple operation, and fine-tunable cutting adjustments.Adopting air motor drive, mainly suitable for explosive, fire prevention and other places, with 0.8-1.0MPa gas source can work. Gas consumption 1000-2000L/Min.
This pipeline beveling machine series includes Model 1 and Model 2.
Model 1: Suitable for pipes with wall thickness ≤20mm. The bevel angle can be changed by replacing the blade, allowing both internal and external beveling.
Model 2: Designed for thick-walled pipes, processing walls up to 75mm with an adjustable angle range of 0–40 degrees.
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, power supply construction, boiler, and nuclear power industries-such as the West-East Gas Pipeline Project-these machines offer reliable performance for critical infrastructure.
