Pneumatic Flange Facer by compressed air, outside Diameter Flange Facer is suitable for applications where electrical sparks need to be avoided. It can machine flange faces, sealing surfaces and related grooves, including RF and RTJ-type surfaces, depending on the tooling configuration. Its portable design allows damaged or worn flanges to be repaired on site without removing the entire pipeline or transporting large components to a workshop.

Tool Post Feed Handwheel
The core function of the tool holder feed handwheel is to allow the operator to directly and accurately control the position of the cutting tool radially (toward or away from the center).
Tool holder symbol explanation and feed direction settings
N means neutral, rotates without load "IN" means forward gear, indicating feed from inside to outside. "OUT" means reverse gear, indicating feed from outside to inside. ["3" "2" "1"] Adjust feed rate.
Horizontal feed handwheel
Switch the gear lever, and gently turn the [horizontal feed handwheel] when engaging the gear. Make sure the gear is fully engaged.
No directional restrictions
It can be installed horizontally, vertically, or upside down, with no restrictions on working position, making it suitable for any work environment.
