Beveling Machine Installation and Operating Procedures
1. Measure the inner diameter of the pipe and choose the appropriate expanding block.
2. Insert the machine's expanding mechanism into the pipe opening, tighten the expanding nut firmly, and make sure the machine is securely installed. Note that during expansion, the expanding mechanism inside the pipe should leave about 20mm from the pipe end, and it shouldn't be inserted too deep.
3. After installing the cutter, the cutter edge should be 2-3mm away from the pipe end to prevent the machine from starting and causing the cutter to hit.
4. Plug in the power, jog the motor switch, and check if the cutter blade touches the pipe.
5. Slowly rotate the axial feed handwheel/handle so that the cutter blade contacts the highest point of the pipe and starts cutting.
6. After finishing the bevel processing, reverse the feed mechanism to retract the tool disc and move the cutter away from the bevel surface.
