Common Problems and Quick Solutions
1. The Machine Won't Start or Keeps Shutting Off
Possible Causes
Motor overload protection triggered
Cutting speed or bevel depth too high
Cutting inserts are dull
Power supply issues
Quick Fixes
Decrease travel speed or reduce bevel width per pass;take smaller cuts
Rotate or replace dull cutting inserts before they cause overload
Check power supply and circuit connections
2. Motor Overload Lamp Flashes
Possible Causes
Bevel width too large for material hardness
Feed rate too fast for task
Machine forced to work too fast
Quick Fixes
Machine hard materials in multiple passes
Reduce load on motor;loosen drive belt if necessary
After motor cuts off due to overload, run machine with no load for at least 20 seconds before restarting
Maximum permitted load is OK but motor temperature must not exceed 85°C (185°F)
3. Uneven Bevel Surface (Ripples or Bumps)
Possible Causes
Cutting tools severely worn and lack sharpness
Feed rate too fast or cutting depth too large
Workpiece not firmly fixed
Improper cutting parameters

4. Strong Machine Vibration or Noisy Operation

Bevel angle too low (below 15°) or too high (above 75°)
