2.Why is the bevel uneven in measurement?
Main reasons: The distance by which the blade cutting edge extends beyond the front surface of the guide wheel bracket is incorrect (about 0.6mm retraction is required); the cutting depth is too large; the blade thickness or shim arrangement is improper. You can check the retraction distance of the cutting edge, and if the problem persists, reduce the single cutting depth and check the blade thickness and shim settings.
3.Severe vibration during machining. What to do?
Possible causes:
The workpiece is not clamped/fixed securely - check if the auxiliary support is stable.
The groove angle is too small or too large - adjust it to the appropriate range.
The blade is severely worn - replace the blade in time.
The tool holder/slide connection is loose - check and tighten the slide locking bolts.
Poor feed mechanism clearance - it may be necessary to adjust the wedge plate clearance.

Slight overload: Use your hand to push the board forward to assist feeding.
