Wellnit has successfully completed the factory inspection of 35 beveling machines ordered by a customer from Saudi Arabia. The order includes 5 external clamp pipe cutting and beveling machines, 20 internal expansion pipe beveling machines, and 10 plate beveling machines.
The inspection focused on equipment configuration, operating performance, safety functions, and machining requirements. The machines will be prepared for shipment to Saudi Arabia after the final checks.

Customized Beveling Machines for Pipe Repair Applications
The Saudi customer required equipment suitable for common pipe repair tasks at the job site. To meet these requirements, Wellnit optimized the machine travel, tool holder structure, and portability according to the customer's application needs.
The customized portable pipe cutting and beveling machine is designed to support on-site pipe preparation and repair work. The equipment selection and configuration were reviewed against the agreed technical specifications to help ensure that the machines meet the customer's operational requirements after delivery.
Factory Inspection and Performance Testing
During the factory inspection, the customer reviewed the equipment's appearance, configuration, operating performance, and safety functions.
The inspection included:
Appearance and fastener checks: Inspecting the machine surfaces for visible damage and checking that fasteners were secure.
No-load operation tests: Checking machine operation at different speed settings for abnormal noise or vibration.
Machining quality requirements: Reviewing the specified acceptance criteria for surface roughness, end-face perpendicularity, and bevel angle deviation.
Safety function checks: Verifying the operation of the emergency stop and overload protection functions.
Configuration and delivery checks: Confirming that the equipment matched the purchase list and reviewing the transportation requirements.
The agreed machining acceptance criteria included a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 6.3 μm, end-face perpendicularity deviation of ≤ 1.0 mm, and bevel angle deviation within ±0.5°.
According to the inspection results, all machines matched the purchase list. No abnormal noise or vibration was observed during the operating tests, and the emergency stop and overload protection functions operated normally.

Customer Feedback
The Saudi customer expressed satisfaction with Wellnit's inspection process, noting that the team was professional, the procedures were clear, and the inspection data was complete.
The inspection helped both parties review the equipment configuration and verify key operating and safety functions before shipment. Wellnit will continue to support the customer through the delivery and after-sales service process.
