Recently, our HEM-800 CNC Pipe Beveling Machine successfully passed the factory run-off test, verifying its complete configuration and normal operation. This test simulated real working conditions to ensure that customers can quickly put the equipment into production for efficient pipe cutting and beveling.


The HEM-800 is designed for pipes of various materials, especially thick-walled stainless steel and alloy steel pipes. Its wide adaptability and high precision make it an ideal choice in the pipe processing industry.

 

 

Under the guidance of Master Lü, we conducted a comprehensive test according to the standard procedure:


1. Check the complete machine configuration, confirm that the tensioning block is in the retracted state, and extend the machine head into the pipe to be processed.


2. Adjust the relative position between the pipe and the cutter head according to the pipe size, ensuring a tip-to-pipe end gap of 10-15mm, then operate the tensioning mechanism to clamp the inner wall of the pipe.


3. Preset parameters based on pipe material, wall thickness, and bevel type (e.g., V-type, U-type). For high-strength or alloy steel, lower rotational speed is selected to ensure processing quality.


4. Start the motor, let the cutter head run idle for a while to observe smooth operation, confirm no abnormal noise or vibration, and check the correct rotation direction of the cutter head. Close the protective door to ensure safety.


5. Slowly move the machine to bring the cutter head close to the workpiece, and finely adjust the position and amount of the beveling blade.


6. After confirming reliable centering and clamping, slowly start the feed to begin the beveling process.
