This intensive three-day visit (November 17-19, 2025) was centered around the client's objectives to conduct a thorough on-site evaluation of Wellnit's comprehensive strength, technical capabilities, and product quality through hands-on training and systematic learning, aiming to lay a solid foundation for establishing a long-term and stable cooperative partnership.

This visit went beyond a standard factory tour, transforming into an in-depth transfer of technical knowledge and practical capacity building. The clients from the UAE arrived with clear goals: to gain deep operational and maintenance knowledge of key machinery and to personally verify Wellnit's production capabilities and quality assurance systems. Over the three tightly scheduled days, Wellnit's foreign trade specialist AZi, along with a team of experienced technical masters - A Long, Dai, and Gan - worked collaboratively to provide all-around support for the clients.
A Meticulously Planned Hands-On Learning Schedule
The client's itinerary was carefully designed to ensure maximum value:
Day 1: Focused on operational training for the External Clamp Type Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine. Under the guidance of the masters, the clients delved into machine setup, operational procedures, and maintenance tips.
Day 2: Centered on learning the operation of the Flange Facing Machine. The training covered the machine's various functions, application ranges, and best practices for efficient and safe use.
Day 3: Concentrated on mastering the Internal Expansion Type Pipe End Beveling Machine. One-on-one coaching ensured the clients became proficient with the operational steps of this critical equipment.
The entire training took place in Wellnit's modern machining workshop, highlighting the Flange Facing Machine, External Clamp Type Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine, and Internal Expansion Type Pipe End Beveling Machine. Subsequently, the clients also toured the company's assembly line, stringent quality inspection area, and finished product warehouse, gaining a clear understanding of Wellnit's complete production process from raw material to final product.

During the visit, the Wellnit team not only conducted live product demonstrations and training but also presented detailed product catalogs and sample displays. To most authentically demonstrate equipment performance, Wellnit selected commonly used customer materials (such as carbon steel) for live beveling processing, fully proving the equipment's exceptional stability and processing efficiency. The clients were able to personally verify Wellnit's technical prowess and machining quality. Furthermore, the Wellnit team shared key company information such as annual production output, number of production lines, and their configurations, further reinforcing the client's confidence in Wellnit's large-scale production capacity and reliable supply capabilities.
